has been growing trees and palms in St. Lucie County since 2003. Consisting of over 500 acres, our trees are planted with ample spacing to allow for a lush and healthy specimen and are cared for on a daily basis by trained personnel.
Peacock Tree Farms is strategically located in the State of Florida for traveling distance from the North or South,
and is easily accessible from I-95, the Florida Turnpike or Highway 70.

Terms and conditions

A minimum deposit of 25% must accompany any order scheduled. A firm date must be established at the time of order. After 5 days from firm shipping date if order is not shipped, the deposit may be forfeited and ordered materials returned to our general inventory. Method of payment: cashiers check on first order, check, money order, credit card, or cash. Minimum order: $1,000.00. All quoted prices are for the wholesale trade only and are subject to change without notice. Florida State law requires that we collect a 6..5% sales tax on all sales unless a signed tax number card is on file with PM Groves LLC dba Peacock Tree Farms. Net 30 days from the invoice with approved credit. Past due accounts subject to service charges of 1.5% per month. A service fee of $35.00 will be charged for any returned NSF checks. The latest inventory Availability List supersedes all previous lists.
Cancellations: No cancellations accepted unless made by letter to this office 30 days prior to shipment. Retention of stock for five days after receipt by the buyer without complaint in writing stating counts and problem involved constitutes acceptance thereof by the buyer. Shipping: Please give definite shipping instructions including a complete address and telephone number. The bill of lading indicates the material shipped has become the property of the buyer. Safe, prompt delivery of the shipment is the responsibility of the carrier who acts as the buyers agent. All claims due to transportation delays or damage should be filed with the carrier. PM Groves LLC dba Peacock Tree farms gives no warranty, expressed or implied, relevant to plant livability, growth or productivity after they are shipped from the tree farm site. If no instructions accompany order, we will use our best judgment without assuming responsibility in making shipment. Every effort will be made to ship stock true to name, and of good grade, in appropriate shipping containers.
 For International Shipments, there may be additional charges for root washing, phytosanitary certificate, inland transportation to US Port, temperature recording device, estimate freight charges, insurance, import duties, custom clearance charges or inland transportation at destination country, additional packaging material straps, traps, etc. Minimum charge if crane is necessary, all to be paid by importer.
